EASY TO USE: Soak your stone in water (NO OIL REQUIRED). First, use the coarse #1000 grit side to remove dullness from blunt edges, and then use the #6000 grit for a razor-sharp finish.
IMPORTANT: To avoid the risk of mold, you MUST allow the stone to dry out completely EACH TIME before storing it away in the wooden box.
